Appointment reminders
We offer a text message and email reminder the day before all appointments. Please ask our receptionist to include your mobile number and/or email address on our appointment system.
Cancellation charge
Missed appointments or same day cancellations will be charged for, so please keep in touch. Exceptions may apply.
Running to time
From time to time we get so caught up in our clients that we can run a little late, in this event we will aim to call you to let you know.
Colour appointments
Now that we use the Sassoon colour system the Sassoon colour seal treatment is applied after the colour, making the time consuming pretreatment a thing of the past. We strongly recommend a consultation before booking a first visit colour appointment.
Skin sensitivity testing
Now that we use the Sassoon colour system a patch test is no longer required prior to each and every application, nevertheless, to protect you from the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to PPD’s found in all permanent hair colours, a colour sensitivity test must be applied 48 hours prior a first time colour application, or if you have not had colour with us for more than six months.
