Cancellations
Missed appointments or same day cancellations will be charged for, so please keep in touch. Exceptions may apply.

Running to time
From time to time we get so caught up in our clients that we can run a little late, in this event we will call you to let you know.

Colour Appointments
We strongly recommend a consultation before booking a first visit colour appointment.

Colour sensitivity testing
To protect you from the unlikely event of an allergic reaction to PPD’s found in all permanent hair colours, a colour sensitivity test must be applied 48 hours prior to each and every colour application.  A complimentary Colourstart patch test, and a text or email test reminder is provided. Please ask our receptionist to include your mobile number and or email address on our appointment system. For more information on colour sensitivity testing, visit www.trichocare.co.uk/colourstart
